After being involved in an auto accident in February, I retained this law firm with the expectation that they would manage my case diligently. Unfortunately, the firm failed to provide adequate communication or support. Over the entire seven-month period from February to September, I received only a single phone call from the firm. Despite my initial ability to arrange my own transportation to medical appointments, the firm's lack of communication and updates caused me significant unnecessary stress. The case was unnecessarily prolonged when the firm claimed to be awaiting medical records from my physical therapist. However, when I contacted the therapist directly, I confirmed the records had been sent a full month prior. Only after my intervention did the firm finally begin to resolve the case. Due to this poor communication and lack of proactive effort, I believe the firm provided negligent representation.

I have been waiting over a year for my husband and I's case to be resolved not only do they not answer my husbands calls they dont provide updates and the one email i received after inquiring was just claiming that norma del villar isnt who handles claims but we havent gotten the contact of anyone else. Also they have been supposedly waiting for hospital records for over a year now since the accident was in march 2024.

The best. I have not seen him in more than 10 years but he helped my whole family. He is very compassionate and truly cares about YOU as an individual. He went above and beyond for us and I am forever thankful. His daughter is also just as amazing.
