Please be aware of paying the deposit without any details or refund policy !! I was here as a referral and really did 0 research anything and blindly trusted him. I went for a business idea and prepared the loi, which was done unprofessionally and with mistakes, which delayed my seller accepting offer and Landlord lease came with different lease price, so I have to turn my deal out . I asked for a refund and charged me for his time he spent until then, and he delayed and said I will let you know next month after Dec. I followed up in Jan he quoted 1500$ first for a whole process to finish . And when I told I want refund he ended up preparing way unreasonable charged ( for 15min consonlting to come explain him why i need his business 300$, 4 phone calls less than min 200$ , replying emails to set appointment 200$ and list goes on ...and came up with 2250$ for simply preparing loi which i didn't get closed and finished working ! I pair 1500 first deposit and second 1000 total 2500$ . Do not put deposit your money will be never rembered and the work and trust is 0 star .

Being a real estate, you meet attorneys during every sale or purchase. I have to say that JP is a pleasure to work with. He made my client feel comfortable because took his time to explain everything. I have another transaction coming up for a family member and sent JP the file.
