Another lawyer referred me to Daniel, we didn't know each other before working on my case. I had a problem with a neighbor respecting my property's easement rights in Brooklyn. (Daniel was comfortable taking the case even though it was not his primary practice focus, and so was I after speaking.) He handled the case methodically and promptly. Just as important to me was his willingness to spend the time to hear my concerns and answer my questions - not being a lawyer myself, many questions were not founded in the law but in the emotion of the dispute. Finally, when there were follow up questions - a year later and on two different occasions - Daniel got on the phone, addressed them thoughtfully, referring back to a document if necessary, and didn't bill the time.
