I initially contacted this firm two days ago seeking legal representation and never received a call back. I followed up multiple times today, calling several times over a six-hour span and every single call went straight to voicemail. Not once did a real person answer, which makes me seriously question whether this firm even has a receptionist or intake process. I left multiple voicemails explaining my situation and also sent an email. Hours later, I received an email reply saying someone would "reach out shortly." No one did. After five hours and another email from me, I finally received a call, not to help, but to inform me that they were at full capacity and couldn't take new clients. If that's the case, why not state that from the beginning? Why allow people to call, email, and wait 3 days for a response that could have been handled in thirty seconds with a courteous message? The complete lack of communication, organization, and respect for people's time is staggering. This experience made it painfully clear that this firm lacks even the most basic client management structure. If they can't handle returning a phone call, I can't imagine how they handle an active case. Yikes! There are plenty of law firms that actually value professionalism and communication, but this is not one of them.

Mishty helped my wife and I many years ago with a business venture. When we needed to form a new LLC, we did TONS of research, and ended up working with Mishty again. Attorney didn't respond to phone calls or show up for my wife's appointment. Not a good attorney, and the fact they do not honor their commitment or schedules should say all you need to know about them. Totally avoid, and go somewhere else.

I had a concern regarding B2 visa and she answered my question quickly. The only cons with the firm is, they usually don't answer the call. You need to leave voicemail and they will get back to you later.
