I feel she totally missed the issue that I was pursuing with the mold in my walls because of a leaking common drain pipe that had been leaking for years and I was unaware of the leak until the association finally found the leak last year and repaired the broken pipe but did nothing about all the mold. My floors are also leaning towards the area of the leak and have gotten worse over time, which is the case and direction she went in. That was not the issue that concerned me as much as the issue with the mold. She said since the leak had been going on for years that the statutes of limitations had run out. Not so because I only found out that there was a leak in my wall coming from the unit above my unit. Because of the leak there is mold in my wall and under my floor, which I only found out about last year. I feel that she did not take time to review the documents I had sent her before my consultation and she was not concerned about the real issue.
