The place is not even listed in the directory of the building. The voice message left with no answer for the last 3 business days. What a shame. You come to the office directly but are facing the warning: you are not welcome without a scheduled appointment. What a joke!
This place has been no help. My husband is currently in the ice facility and I have been reaching out and leaving voice mails. Haven't got a call back. So I went to location to get help in person they don't answer waited at the door for 30 mins. I called again left another voice mail. Still haven't received any calls back or any help.
Great organization doing amazing work.
