Gave them a retainer, signed a contract saying they would take a percentage of the winnings instead of hourly. Then, never returned my calls, never did anything with my case. Got a letter saying they dropped me and I owe then thousands of dollars! Nope. Just avoid them and save your money.

I have been in communication with Attorney, Matthew M. McArthur on November 16, 2018, December 05, 2018 and January 10, 2019. I requested the name and the company of the process server that was working under his direction on November 15, 2018. This request was submitted both in writing and verbally. As of today, May 15, 2019; I have been ignored and have not received the requested information. I find this to be extremely unethical, unprofessional and not adhering to Evan's & Dixon's Mission Statement.
