I am very disappointed with the way my situation has been handled. Due to personal reasons, including the recent diagnosis of a family member with kidney disease, I had to reschedule our initial appointment. My work schedule is already demanding, especially toward the end of the year when work load increase, and I was trying my best to manage everything. However, when I called to reschedule, I was informed that it was Crain and Wooley's policy not to accommodate further changes because of your "volatile" schedule. I understand that schedules can be tight, but the lack of flexibility is troubling. I had hoped that we could find a solution, as life sometimes requires adjustments. Unfortunately, I must inform you that your firm's lack of understanding and customer service has led me to seek assistance elsewhere. Not only have I decided not to proceed with your services, but I will also not be referring the many friends and family members who were originally interested in working with you. It seems that your firm's approach—offering free online consultations—might be more about securing clients quickly, rather than fostering genuine, supportive partnerships. I regret that it had to come to this, but I believe this approach is not a good fit for me or my needs.

High touch estate planning services, at high touch pricing. This is a beautiful office with comfortable spaces to meet for your estate planning needs. I like that they offer package pricing with good pricing transparency. They're not the cheapest for sure, but if you want an easy One-Stop solution for estate planning you can actually trust (pun intended) give these guys a try. They were willing to meet clients for initial consultation at no cost to see if it's a good fit. They stand out as a reliable full service estate planning solution with no sneaky surprises or extra hidden fees.

Our experience with Crain & Wooley was exceptional. Matthew, Marcel and Rumbi answered all our questions and helped us to move forward with the process. We look forward to future needs we may have with our trust.

This is a real and honest review. I wish I went to the Plano office. Instead I went to the Mansfield office. I was disappointed 😔 and felt after I paid a lot of money I was ignored, overlook. To find out my paperwork wasn’t filed with my county until this week. Although it’s fix now, after reaching out to the Plano office for assistance. Moving forward with additional services I’ll select Plano.
