You all are a joke. I did your initial online assess. Got a call that went to vm. Called back and had brief conversation with extremely rude lady. I politely asked that she not talk over me. H0er response was well you spoke over me so I can do what I want. If this is how you treat your clients I want no part of morgan & morgan. Reputable businesses don't treat customers in this manner. Apparently you already have enough business.

Absolutely great customer service, Stephanie easily guided me, made me feel better about my situation, made the conditions clear to me and had an amazing attitude the entire call, I will go to Morgan and Morgan for all my personal injury needs from now on!

I called to address an issue with my raven. 20 crossbow, exploding on me. The lady that I was talking to kept, interrupting me after asking me for information and I was trying to give it to her. She got to a point where she blamed it on Her phone and then she transferred me to somebody else. After I gave her half the information of what happened. With the crossbow exploding and cutting my hand this woman was very rude and if that's how Morgan and Morgan is going to handle my case, I guess I will not be using Morgan and Morgan for this case. I just called in At 10:35 AM on.8-27-25 this woman was very rude to put me through all the information and asking me questions which I answered then tell me to hold on because she would not let me finish answering the questions then Transfer me to somebody else
