McDaniel & McDaniel LLC

Nick Lough and Marcus Helstowski are absolutely fantastic. Their legal representation for me was stellar. They guided me through every step of the process and made me feel confident and hopeful from day 1. I could not have asked for a better legal team. They were a Godsend.

He was so compassionate towards me during my divorce. He was truly the strength that I needed during the course of my divorce.

If I could give zero stars to Marcus Helstowski I would, but zero wasn’t a choice. This man allowed my name to go on legal paperwork in a custody matter in my cousin’s divorce, potentially committing me to be the sole supervisor for visitations, without verifying with me—he just took his client’s word for it that I consented to terms, which I did not. I sent an email to the firm; it will be interesting to see if I hear back or not.

Absolutely the best defense attorney in the country! I would trust Mr. McDaniel and his staff with anything. Have known them sense 2004 and they've taken care of our family several times and are extremely easy to work with. Just sit back and let them do the work!

Marcus Helstowski and Henri McDaniel have been extremely helpful to me and I would recommend either of them to anyone in need of advice from an attorney.

Mr. McDaniel is one of the best attorneys in the entire country and the absolute best in the state of Alabama PERIOD If you want to win your case I strongly suggest calling this firm.

Nick and Marcus absolutely the best! Dream Team!!!
