I would give them a zero if I could. I thought they really cared and helped people I was totaly wrong. Matt Taylor and Abby are the worst people they agreed to terminate our lease and we were tricked we never signed anything we never even talked about terminating after a year and half battle with Townhouse Square apts why in the world in court last mintue changes literally as the court was going and the Judge enforced it (this is a corrupt system) terminate my lease? DONT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ON THE STREETS THEY DONT CARE THEY LIE AND ARE HEARTLESS HUMANS. The eviction was not suppose to show up on our records in the agreement but it still does Matt Taylor doesn't even response to emails about this how after terminating my lease agreeing to take an eviction on my record suppose to move. CORRUPTION AT ITS FINEST. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER IF ITS THEIR TURN TO LOSE. THEY ARE CORRUPT THE JUDGE WAS CORRPURT AND YOU WE BE ON THE STREETS LIKE MY WIFE, MY SON, MY DOG AND MYSELF. THANKS FOR MAKING US HOMELESS WHEN ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TELL MY APTS TO ACCEPT THE MONEY THEY REFUSED. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE.
I have a friend that's been calling every single day since November and not once is he getting through. All the while his ex is ruining his life filing false restraining order to keep him from his daughter. There has to be a better way out here for him to be able to fight against this situation. I really feel sorry for thit little girl who can't even see her brother. Judge said for the mom to take her to her brother's graduation and of course SHE DID NOT! Please help my friend!
Carl is one of the most kind and patient people I met on my journey through a landlord hell. Not only did he humanize my emotions, he did everything he could make sure my rights weren't being violated with grace and class. I had a wonderful experience with NW Justice project in an unfortunate situation. Also, shout out to receptionist Aurora. A wonderful person, with exceptional listening skills. Thank you.
Got help a few years ago from them. But when it was time for court, my lawyer Lisa was gone. I reached back out to her on this current situation. She replied and emailed it to all of her partners. They told me to reach out to a new program on civil liberties. I did. Neither one can or will help with this situation. Its unfortunate that I am no longer consider a person in society.
My disabled senior citizen mother is being discriminated against per the property management company. Her reasonable accommodation for her esa's she has had pre approved DURING A FAIR HOUSING COMPLAINT. They pulled her approval, she put in another reasonable accommodation, of which they said they were sending to legal? Heidi Termer with the human rights commission refused to investigate both complaints. She sided with the management company, now they are resending her approved reasonable accommodation. I hope NW Justice can helpy disabled mom. Also, I would like to mention, she has rented from this management company for 30 years. Making a disabled person use pet screening com for a reasonable accommodation, when her disability is known, not to mention, has a live in caregiver. NO ONE WILL TOUCH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY DUE TO THEIR SIZE
Excellent resources and responses for Tenant Rights and Advocacy in all of Washington.I have prior experience with them from their Seattle "Hub" and have been promptly given answers via hard copy mailing and email/ phone support. They understand what tenants in this state face and have the ability to often guide you down a path leading you to direct Washington State laws for Landlord/Tenant questions and who may help further if they can't do it all. Indeed an organization that speaks beyond words in its practices. Thank you to all with the NWJP.
I didn’t actually hire anyone here because they were booked for weeks but the lady with the first office to the right. Helped me by printing and organizing all the documents I needed for my court date coming up so thank you and sorry for not catching your name.
