I am writing this review following the most heart breaking, emotionally and financially exhausting, one and one half years of our lives. If you find yourself having to read reviews in search of an attorney who will help you with your dispute, search no further. Michael Von Roe and his legal assistant Jennifer Oser, went to war for our daughter and grandchildren. Attorney Roe is a blend of confident, assertive, competitive, intelligent, yes arrogant (just the right amount) and yet gentle and protective. We had to beg and borrow to continue with representation and by and large when we heard the Judge’s final ruling, it was worth every penny and every tear shed throughout this process. (And there were many). The litigation process is unfathomably stressful. You need an attorney who knows the system and has connections. Mr. Roe has been working in Washington Law for 38 years. Take my word, you want Roe Law representing you or your loved one.

Nearing the end of a difficult 4 year divorce proceeding and the entire time I have relied on the help and expertise of my lawyer Michael Roe and his assistant Jennifer Oser. As my separation included businesses as well as some unusual property Mike was great in providing financial experts and was personally present when needed for appraisals. The level of preparation for trial was exceptional. Without going into details Mike went beyond my expectations in order to present my case to the court and obtain a fair settlement
