I am really happy with the outcome of my case! They took care of everything and made the whole process stress-free. I haven't had any negative interactions with any of the staff, they have all been friendly. It was never difficult to get into contact with someone when I needed to. They kept me updated on new developments throughout the case, explained anything I didn't understand very well, and were generally informative. I really appreciate the work they did. I have nothing negative to say about McCraw Law Group, highly recommend!

McCraw Law Group exceeded my expectations! I was in a bad wreck where a girl ran a light totaling my vehicle causing me pain, a serious concussion and altered my quality of life with my family. I immediately consulted with McCraw Group and was introduced to lan who agreed to take my case. I worked with Janet, April and lan and all were extremely professional, kind, patient and explained each step of the process. I could tell they were truly going to bat for me and cared about the outcome. They recommended top medical professionals they work with to treat my injuries . The added staff also means they can work a case faster which means better results. They also stay on top of the medical treatment which means getting every penny the client deserves. This is especially helpful as managing the medical professionals on top of working and caring for your family is usually just too much. McCraw Law group is very friendly, so far I am still working with them, so I can't yet review how good they are at winning the fight, but I have high hopes. I originally wrote this review with 2 stars because of poor communication, to the point of frustration. Specifically I was not receiving updates or call backs on issues, I always had to initiate communication. This is my first experience with a lawyer so I honestly cannot compare to others at this point. I complained one time and that didn't change. I wrote a bad review and complained a 2nd time and now it's gotten better. They have apologized and asked for a clean slate to show me that isn't how their company operates. So for now I am satisfied and added a star to my review. Once this is done, I'll update the review with my final thoughts on the matter based on overall performance. Everyone should get a 2nd chance if they recognize there was an issue identified. So I'm staying positive that they are doing their best and it will be a positive outcome overall.
