I received a callback from a paralegal named Troy, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The interaction lacked professionalism and came across as quite rude. On a positive note, the upfront nature of the intake call made my decision easy — I chose not to move forward with this team.

I’ve used Carta, McAlister & Moore over the past ten years for several real estate transactions (buying and selling), as well as for our estate planning. The firm has been great, particularly Glen Moore, of whom I can’t speak highly enough! Glen’s vast knowledge is invaluable. He always takes the time to explain everything, never is too busy for a call to answer questions and his attention to detail is second to none. Glen’s paralegal Lisa is also such a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend this firm highly enough for anyone seeking legal advice, council or services.
