I contacted the Nave law firm after I was charged with a DWI along with several significant misdemeanors. I was facing possible jail time, and a probation sentence at the very least. I explained during my consult that the most important thing to me was avoiding probation. The outcome was nothing short of a miracle. Not only was I not subjected to jail time OR probation, I walked away with no convictions at all. Andrew quickly arranged a plea for me where the DWI & misdemeanors were traded for just two traffic violations. My experience with Andrew was great. I felt far more confident once I retained him, he is respectful, has always been available to answer my questions & is a nice person. I received an automatic felony DWI upon refusing a breathalyzer as I had received a previous DWI within the last 10 years. Andrew and Derek told me they were confident taking this case to trial. We didn’t even get that far. These amazing gentlemen were able to negotiate down to a DWAI which is only a violation, not even a crime. They were prompt and responsive. They answered any and all questions I had and they were probably the best attorneys I have had the pleasure of working with. I hope I don’t have to use them again in the future, however, if I do I would work with no other group of attorneys. Amazing! I love the Nave Law Firm.

I had been trying to get my license reinstated for literally a few years, losing hundreds of dollars in the process. repeatedly paying $100 with no success. Unfortunately, I didn’t go to Nave at first, so I faced continuous denials. By the time I hooked up with them, I was at the end of my rope but within a few months, they had my situated and on my way. Moral of the story, I should have went to them first.

I had a traffic issue and it took a one time appearance and maybe three letters and was charged 3000 . I did have another issue and they wanted an additional $1500 for what have most likely been a one time appearance just like the prior one. I would not recommend them for traffic tickets but they do offer quality service are responsive and are professional and have fair payments plans if I had a DUI or DWI then it would have been well worth the money !
