I had to bother both the attorney and then the managing partner to get anything moved forward regarding my case. It involved months long email chains, phone calls, and text messages just to get them to put in simple requests or respond to questions. The courtroom was much easier to deal with than this law firm. I suggest you look elsewhere for legal representation if prompt communication, transparency, and respect are high priorities for you. They are not any cheaper, so I'm not sure why the service didn't reflect that.
