Kevin Coakley definitely gets my highest recommendation. He is always hardworking, honest and straightforward. He is super knowledgeable and his assistant Shirley is amazing as well. He will sir you down and explain everything and he will promptly respond to any calls or emails. He has represented several cases for me and he has handled them all impeccably. Kevin was great to work with! He helped me understand my rights and and took the time to talk with me at any point in the process. The office staff was also always friendly and I never had to wait to see him if I had a scheduled appointment. It's hard to find good attorneys and this is a good one! I highly recommend hiring Kevin Coakley as your lawyer. When I first met with Kevin, he was fantastic at answering all my questions without pressuring me into anything. I decided to hire him, and after doing so, felt an immediate sense of relief. He made what was a very difficult time in my life as painless as it could have been.

For two years, Delray Medical Hospital's account manager was Tenet Healthcare/ Conifer Health They promised that an appointed agent of theirs would contact me by e-mail, since I was abroad, but not only did no one from them contact me, but my continuous pleas for consultation were neglected, and they did not even respond. In the meantime, the insurance company indicated its intention to pay, which I informed them about, but they did not take this into account either, instead of negotiating and communicating, they started enforcement proceedings against me. Which I accidentally learned about only 10 months after the start of the procedure from the insurance company's e-mail! Incidentally, the examination in question is the evaluation of 6 CT images, for which they demanded 63k, I'll write sixty-three thousand dollars with a deductible of 4300 dollars. My situation became desperate, as they were not willing to negotiate, nor did they praise me for an answer. Since it was a small case and did not involve hundreds of thousands, the lawyers did not undertake it. Kevin saved me from this nightmare! He closed the case with them. After that, there is no question whether I recommend Kevin Happy Thanksgiving!

Not only was Mr. Coakley super kind in all of my interactions with him but he was super genuine, personable, and made me feel more comfortable about the legal process. He was gracious enough to provide me with sound legal advice based on my unique scenario and although he was unable to handle my case directly, refered me to an attorney that is uniquely equipped for my case.
