Avoid at all costs!!! Serious billing concerns, Hired Ingrid, signed the retainer agreement... Instead you get Luke, Laura and multiple assistants and secretaries. Billing hugely inflated, including charges for work that was unclear or not reflected in any results or communication. Repeated delays, Ingrid is a serial procrastinator leaving things until very last moment. Lack of follow-through significantly harmed and delayed my case. Trust eroded quickly. I strongly advise others to think twice before hiring this firm. Her aggressive tough trash talking posture that attracts clients can just as easily turn back towards the clients that hired her without notice or warning you go from friend to foe. Run from this place, don't walk away!!!

Fast talk, slow action. Big bills, small results. One day you’re treated like an ally, the next the day you're enemy #1. Ingrid and husband who acts as "CEO" at the firm, Sean Storch are unprofessional foul mouthed trash talkers. Big bark but no bite. Carefully read through their social medias to see if you want to be aligned with their world views and negative attitudes.

I strongly advise caution when considering Brandon Legal Group for your legal needs. It has come to my attention that this firm has a disturbing practice of suing their own customers. A quick search on the Hillsborough County Clerk of Courts website reveals that Brandon Legal Group has filed lawsuits against more than 40 of their own clients. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious ethical concerns. Legal firms are supposed to protect and advocate for their clients, not drag them into additional legal battles. I would recommend looking for a more trustworthy and client-focused law firm. Avoid the headache and potential legal issues by steering clear of Brandon Legal Group. Update: as of December 17th 2024 Brandon Legal Group sued 50 of their clients according to Hillsborough County Clerk of Courts website.
