Ergood Law, specifically Olivia Cleaver recently represented my family in dealing with my mother's entrance into an assisted living and subsequently submitting a Medicaid application which was approved. With regard to the assisted living contract, I assumed the contract was just a basic contract, however Olivia included some very important verbiage to protect my mother. These additions to the contract eventually paid dividends. Regarding the Medicaid application, Olivia was integral in walking me through the entire process. I had absolutely no idea how to even start the process. Olivia supplied a check list of requirements for the application submittal. Her experience in the application process was vital for my mother's approval and my sanity as I wanted to ensure my mother had everything she needed in last years. The Medicaid rules are very specific, and Olivia was right on top of it every time. Every aspect of this stressful experience was made easier by the Ergood Law team. At the office, Ivana Lockett always greeted me with a smile at the front desk. Document submittals and billing can be done online or in person. If I could think of a negative, I would certainly post it. Having said that I would highly recommend Ergood Law for this type of work.

I cannot say enough good things about Laura Ergood and her staff. If you are looking for an elder attorney, you don’t need to look anymore....I doubt you will find anyone better. Laura took me on as a client when I needed to get my mother‘s finances in order and also go through the Medicaid process for eventual placement in a long-term care facility.
