I had a very disappointing experience with this immigration service. Due to their mistake in uploading the wrong documents, my Employment Authorization was denied, and I had to pay the fee twice because of their error. Even after all this, they refused to accept their fault or take responsibility. Thankfully, I switched to another agency, and my Employment Authorization has now been approved without any issues. The difference in professionalism was clear. I would not recommend here to anyone seeking reliable immigration help. Be very careful before trusting them with your case!
