James and his team have been wonderful to work with. I’ve had experience with a few immigration lawyers, some forgetful and others predatorial. I am thankful to report that this law office is thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. They have exceeded my expectations.

I have been a long-time client of this firm, and my family and I have paid them thousands of dollars over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely unprofessional. I requested a quote for my TN visa renewal, and no work was performed at that time. I ultimately used a friend who recently became an immigration attorney, who handled my application for free. Afterward, I received a call from Kathy Eiss that was rude, condescending, and entirely unprofessional. She accused me of "wasting their time," which is baffling given that I only requested a quote and no services were provided. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will ensure that neither I nor my family will work with this firm again.

James is super knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. We had a few meetings with him about how to file our visa paperwork and he was able to answer all our questions. He’s fast on email too. He empowered us to file our paperwork well, and has insider tips since he has had experience working for the immigration office. Would definitely recommend his expertise. He’s worth every penny!
