How do I even begin?? (Disclaimer: This review will be nothing short of how amazing Mr. Ortiz and his entire team are). My partnership with Mr. Ortiz on my cases first began last year of April, 2023. His firm was recommended to me through another attorney that I actually had consulted with at first. That alone was a huge GREEN FLAG for me when another lawyer / firms recommends another firm that they feel is best suited for my concerns. After consulting with Mr. Ortiz and explained to him my situation, he thoroughly shared step-by-step processes of what to expect and what outcomes may or may not happen for me. What made me so sure I wanted to work with him and his team was that he was honest right from the start and I could tell how much care he puts into his clients. Although time passed per each meeting we had (not his fault, but the system always taking long to review or go through cases), he never failed to provide information when the time was right. I can also tell how PATIENT he and his entire team was with me, because I can admit that my anxiety got the best of me and there were times I was truly impatient and just wanted some sort of answer. But like I mentioned, when it was important, he nor his staff never failed to share them. Today was my last court hearing for my case and the outcome was more than I had expected. I was living in Los Angeles when I had first partnered with his firm, but majority of my case was in NorCal and he even flew in for my case to show his support and provide the assistance I truly needed. Although I’m being very vague with a lot of what has happened, just know that this is the firm everyone SHOULD and NEEDS to consult with regarding criminal / immigration concerns! If you need the help to find the right answers to your situation, he will never fail to be sincere and honest whether he can help you or not. I’m sure even if this firm ends up not being the right place, consulting with him would guarantee you a bit of ease and peace just knowing he truly does an outstanding job and takes all his clients very seriously. He and his staff are the right people I know I can truly depend on long term and they don’t even need to ask me to refer others, but I guarantee if my family, friends, or acquaintances ever need a lawyer, he and his team would be the first to come to mind.

First off, I would like to say how grateful I am for Andres Ortiz. He went above and beyond for me to get me my permanent residency statue. It was a long and difficult road that was about ten years long. Mr. Ortiz was there every step of the way navigating different immigration judges and DA’s making sure that I got the most favorable result from each encounter with them. He worked many hours on my case through three different firms in the last ten years. Even when he moved to a different firm he made sure that new contracts were signed so he could continue to represent me. I very much appreciate Mr. Ortiz and his whole teams professionalism and the time they spent to get me the result I was looking for.
