Just a simple free consultation and he has saved me from over 5 grand and gave me the best advice for future court proceedings......if I had to hire an attorney just through a simple consultation I recommend this man right here to anyone he is for the people!!!

Just do yourself a favor, RUN. He made me feel completely alone during my divorce he PREYS on the emotions of women. He had me meet him in a restaurant to take my case. He never once did anything except let my exs lawyer run the show. He's great at forwarding emails and brings up how great he is. He yelled at me on the phone on several occasions. He "required" me to call him every night. I hated it. That became such a point of DREAD, every night! All that did was constantly open up the wounds of my separation from my husband. And when I fired Jim, he stated how he "always was available to take my calls"!!!!Thank God I fired him before my divorce was over. After I fired Jim, he texted me and said he missed me !! wow, it's SO unprofessional. I have a new attorney who can't believe how this guy is even practicing law. Read the reviews. It's an emotional time trying to find a lawyer, but do yourself a huge favor and read reviews first. These people are NOT lying. I have seen the tendencies Jim has and it's no good.

I hired Jim for a divorce case a couple of years ago and I'm still paying for his "expertise". I have since had to hire additional attorneys to help me undo what was done and they have confirmed the poor representation I received. I was naive to the process and thought he had my best interests at heart. I would definitely not recommend his services to anyone.

There's a lot to say about this guy first off he will travel all the way across Arkansas for you.he might be the only lawyer that you can get a hold of whenever you want and not his secretary. He won my case after several years waiting for a decent plea offer. And I still call occasionally for questions about law that pop up in my life. Thx Mr Jim
