Update!!!! Still the worst customer service I have ever had!! I mean I get it we owe money. Like we don't know that we owe money. I had to have emergency surgery. Emergency being the key word. If I had my choice I would have said no because I don't have the money. Not the case!! Everyone is right just show some compassion. I mean we are trying to pay on something and everyone their makes you feel ashamed and awful. Heather, Beverly who ever Adam's secretary is. I mean she is like a dog in heat protecting its young. Thats how rude and Despicable that woman is. I am pretty sure its HEATHER! Take some training classes. I understand you have been there too long and have ZERO feelings left. THEN QUIT. You cant go home a happy person talking to people like that. Also I am 100% convinced the only 2 good reviews were like their family members!

Smart ass people on the phone and don't give a shit if you can pay for rent or ea t or repair your vehicles to get to work. The cost me my job with their garnishment

They was quick to garnish my wages of 590.94, but when I over paid by 150$ they made up excuses on why they haven’t reimbursed me. First it was they didn’t receive the check which I made them a liar, then it was a processing error bc the officer manger screwed something up. Then when I called the woman was extremely rude and hateful

HEATHER IS THE WORST!!! I have called 26 times for over a month to try and set up a payment plan. HEATHER told me that she makes the decisions and I can’t talk to anyone else.HEATHER told me she went to law school and that’s why she makes the decisions.Plus the fact she has worked there for 26 years. I can’t make this up! Let me be very clear. HEATHER IS NOT A LAWYER! Lol!!!! Just tried to be intimidating. I talked with a lovely lady named Beverly and she took my payment and set me up on a payment plan. I actually have never done a google review. I see the other reviews! I also just moved here from Colorado where I have never encountered such a "mean girl" personality like that. I am in healthcare. I could never in my life treat my patients the way I was treated by HEATHER. The standard for being professional is not high when it comes to HEATHER! Thanks Beverly!!!!

The most unorganized group of individuals they will tell you 3 different things in one day and tell you that you must have misunderstood. Always record every conversation you have with them.

Had been contacted by them in 2015 to pay on a medical bill that I wasn't aware of from 2012. I had set up arrangements and paid them monthly. I had added up how much I paid and it was the amount that was owed. I received a letter in the mail about nothing being left owed in the summer of 2016. Now two weeks ago 2019 I get a letter saying they are going to garnish my wages over $170 that was left owed when I thought this was paid for in 2016. So I have to pay them $170 from a medical bill in 2012. It's 7 years since. BUT, took them from 2016 to 2019 to contact me to tell me I had $170 left owed. I called to set up arrangements to pay off what is left and Michelle treated me awful and basically told me if I didn't pay in full that day my wages would be garnished. I told her I am not made of money and I can make a payment of something on Nov.7th so I am going to call back today. If she is rude she may wish she never spoke to me... Rudest and most unorganized people I have ever met.

I was not notified of any court date. I was surprised when my paycheck was significantly less than I needed to pay my rent, gas and groceries. Now that I was able to pay it off, my paycheck is still being garnished (10 business days later) after I was told they would be stopping it.
