Great experience overall having attorney Frank Bruno located in Glendale, NY give me a no cost consultation. Mr. Bruno was so professional in telling me exactly what I needed to know regarding Power of Attorney for my aging dad. He explained every detail and made me understand in full what should be done. He was very insightful and is an expert in his field. Truly a professional and marvelous individual. I would highly recommend to all family and friends. I want to thank him for his time!!

I scheduled a consultation based on a recommendation, but I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I received an unexpected call from the law office at 11 p.m. on a Sunday night, waking my entire family, including my sick toddler. There was no urgent reason for a call at such an hour—an email or text would have been more appropriate. I have yet to speak with the attorney directly as my appointment is scheduled later in the week and it appears that the office outsources his admin work to the Philippians. Very unprofessional. + The caller knew it was late and still proceeded to call me because his first response was " I am sorry I am calling so LATE but..." Never Again...

We had a lovely time consulting with Mr. Bruno and would recommend consulting with him regarding landlord tenant issues, as a tenant. He was knowledgeable and very helpful to us even though we did not ultimately contract with him for services [on his advice].

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. Sadly it isn’t an option. Sebastian worked on my family’s landlord/tenant case and he never even showed up to court. You want a lawyer who doesnt send the correct and proper court papers, you found your guy. I really wish I could give him 0 stars had to hire another lawyer after Sebastian’s "2 month case " is now over 2 years. Thanks again Sebastian, you didn’t do anything for us. 2 months in it felt like he was working for my tenant and not for me.

I called the law offices of Frank Bruno to help me handle an estate case. The lawyer I spoke with was very informative on what steps my siblings and I have to take in order to receive benefits from my Late mother’s estate. I initially thought that I wouldn’t understand how to go about the process but, I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge Sebastian Karczmarczyk displayed.
