I served as a witness in a friend's parentage case. I am an attorney myself. My friend has been needlessly dragged through Court for 4 years at this time. In that period, I have witnessed him seek counsel from other less professional and qualified attorneys to his frustration. This firm finally delivered him results in a professional and efficient manner. I highly recommend this firm and will to anyone that asks who is the best divorce/custody/family law/domestic relations attorney. I think it is a very difficult area of law and one where it's very hard for those in need of counsel to find a dependable attorney. You may pay for the work with this firm but that seems to be everywhere, the difference is that you will also receive what you purchased from Caeser & Bender.

Reliable, responsive, effective and knowledgeable. Grateful for Michael bender in turning my case around fairly quickly from an incompetent attorney who was dragging the case on for years with GAL and erroneous evaluations... Outrageously expensive is the only con. Most family lawyer are... If you're looking to hire an attorney for domestic relations litigation and costs aren't a priority...you won't go wrong with Bender.

1 star is ONE TOO MANY! He did nothing for my 4 daughters and I during a tumultuous divorce. My children do not even know him. He met with them once, suggested therapy and never followed through. Yet the bills did not stop piling up. I was left homeless and he took me to court. Wanted me to be turned over to The Cook County Sheriff and put in jail for not being able to pay him. I lived in fear. He does not care about your children or you, unless you’re the bread winner. Just signed off my entire teachers pay to him so I wouldn’t be taken into custody by the sheriff. And they had the where with all to ask me how I wanted to pay the remainder. HEARTLESS is an understatement!!! He does not care about you or your children!
