However, I made a phone call looking for a small claims lawyer, and he listened to my whole story, gave me advice, and sent me to a different firm that could help me pursue the most advantageous route of litigation. Tony is the son of my father’s lawyer, Joe Hernandez. Joe Hernandez represented my father till his passing. Tony has taken over his practice. I hired Tony to represented my son although my son not 100% on the outcome I feel Tony did an exceptional job. He will always be my first choice if I ever need an attorney.

This man Tony Hernandez I got to admit he’s good!!! Yes his front staff comes off as rude .. but I don’t think she really intends to be.. sometimes it’s just peoples tone.. Tony is attorney who lies in court for his clients on record, told me to "shut the hell up" in a hearing on Jan 25.2019, has also told me in a motion to enter court date that "I was a bad mother & person" because he got upset when I asked to read over the orders before signing them. This man has snatched papers out of my hands with force and aggression and no one in the court house has done anything about any of this, I am now filing a complaint against him with the state bar of Texas. If you have been a victim of anything like this or more please speak up, these attorneys need to be held accountable for their actions and have a duty to the court and are failing at it!
