I went through a drawn out mess of a separation that began with me hiring Barbara in 2018 to help me with establishing boundaries for my ex who was harassing me and our children and was several months behind on child support. My ex is extremely difficult. He kept changing attorneys, delayed on any attorney requested tasks, and was completely unreasonable to converse with when Barbara attempted to talk to him on a couple of occasions at court - I think because he showed up unrepresented. It’s hard to remember everything that happened at that time because it was so terrible - and at some points unbelievable! And I also had additional delays due to Covid and courts being backed up. This took a long time to resolve and wrapped up a couple of years ago. I just reached out to Barbara on Friday with some questions about my divorce decree because my ex has been a bit difficult again. Barbara was hired for my divorce case. She never had time to meet with me before the court dates, never wanted to do any show causes, but I ended up going to court 18 times to defend myself. Yes defend myself. She wasn’t able to review the information I had for her prior so we both looked like idiots compared to the other well prepared attorney. She left very significant things out of my decree that were discussed and she "forgot" to include them and signed without my consent on my behalf. I honestly wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy. She apparently has too many cases & not enough time. Always an excuses as to why she couldn’t meet with me although I was still paying her to represent me. She did not finish the paperwork necessary for me to obtain benefits from the military because I asked her if it was possible if we could "get it together" before we went to court.

Barbara Fuller is an outstanding lawyer. She is very detailed oriented. When you don't know how to stand up for yourself, she fights the fight with you!
