Amy is simply one of if not the best in the business. She means business does not mess around. She is pricey, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately I have had to use her in two separate cases but both times I have been more than pleased with her communication and acumen. I would recommend her for anyone needing counsel in a family law case.

Amy and her assistant Jackie are consummate professionals. They were available and responsive at any time. Amy did an excellent job of under promising and over delivering in our case. She is reasonably priced as well. She was creative in finding a solution for our case and we felt like our case mattered to her, we never had to remind her of anything. If you need an attorney for any family law matter, Amy is your gal!

Highly recommend. I did a lot of research, looked at about 6 different family lawyers...The going rate is a 12-1500$ deposit. One lawyer was willing to go down to 1K for a deposit, but my gut went with Amy. Two things I really was grateful for: her rates are fair and reasonable; and she was responsive and communicative. Whenever an email seemed like it would be too difficult to understand, she would call to communicate the message. She didn't use legal jargon and always made sure I understood and that we were on the same page. AND the deposit I paid was used as a balance from which services were deducted from; after all was said and done, I only owed about 600$ more. It was my first lawyer experience and a very good one (I've heard horror stories from other people about their experience with lawyers--never available to take calls, using legal jargon the client was confused about, etc.). Amy Gervich is my lawyer for life!

Amy and Heather were very easy to work with. Very detail oriented and always had my best interests in mind, even when I was good with giving something up. They are true professionals and I really liked working with them to get through this process! If you're looking for a family lawyer and don't know who to choose Amy is a GREAT choice!
