I’m not accustomed to sharing reviews, but I felt compelled to do so to share my experience with Mr. John and his wife Ms. Becky which was very professional. Mr. John was very direct and honest about the concerns I had, he returned calls and e-mails in a timely matter. There were times when my emotions ran high and he would calmly explain to me whatever the matter was according to how the legal system functions without any frustration. When I hired him to represent me I knew that it was not going to be cheap! BUT there is no price to high for me to get my daughter back. I can honestly say I am satisfied with John and Becky service, and highly recommend anyone looking for honesty, integrity and professionalism for family law situations to call them. What an unfortunate experience choosing John. We gave John a $3500 retainer (the amount he specified to handle the custody hearing) for a Temporary custody hearing. John gave us some packets to fill out. John answered No in the appropriate place for the various allegations in the summons paperwork and placed a couple of phone calls to us. 2 months before the hearing with more than $800 left in the retainer trust account John or his wife emailed for an additional $1250 to be deposited or he would withdraw from the case. After explaining it would take time for us to come up with the funds (there was still more than a month until the hearing and he still had $800 unaccounted for in his billing) we where notified that he was motioning the Court to withdraw from the case. If you need someone you can count on when you need it.. look elsewhere.

JOHN was absolutely amazing! When it came to my case. Now, I’m needing to use him once more. I wouldn’t go to any other lawyer but him in regards to my family! He breaks things down, remains very professional and will answer any question necessary. I thank him and his team for understanding the needs of my family and making it a smooth transition, because all of these things are nerve racking! On Our court day he kept me calm and let me just say this man knows his stuff!!!!!!!

John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and never minced words. My divorce involved a child and even though child support didn't look like it would come into play, he added a caveat to the divorce paperwork just in case it did. Wouldn't you know it, it DID come into play! Thanks to John's inclusion of that info, I only had to file an amendment to the child support rather than starting from scratch! I would absolutely recommend him 100% of the time.

From the first phone call with Becky till the day of my child support hearing John is a no nonsense lawyer. John was extremely understanding and patient with all of my concerns and needs. I never felt unimportant or rushed. I knew the minute I called and spoke to Becky that his law firm was the right choice for my case. John and Becky took their time to always make sure I was always informed on all necessary information. There are no real words to express my gratitude towards all the hard work they put forth for my case.

I have to give John 5 stars! He did a fantastic job for me. Not only was he very easy to work with but his fees were affordable and everything was straight forward and no non-sense. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a great attorney to give this guy a call FIRST!
