I highly recommend this law office! I was in need of help for the regaining of alimony that hadn't been paid in full via the divorce agreement with my ex-husband. As a single, not making a ton of money, and the financial burdens that came, I needed that financial help. Ann, my lawyer, graciously reviewed my case, discussed what needed to happen, and worked with my ex-husband to let him know what was coming. The case did go before a judge and Ann presented my needs. A new Agreed Order was developed, thus stopping any further court action from me at that time. It gave 3 new payment benchmarks to finalize what was owed. I never desired to "fight my ex", but instead prayed for him to finish our deal, so we both could put "the money thing" behind us. Thank you, God! Ann and the staff in the office were very kind and professional in all their dealings with me. I never felt any delays in getting back to me or any mishandling of my case. The words that the office prides itself on "providing sophisticated, empathetic, and knowledgeable advocacy to strategically protect your family and your financial future" IS SO TRUE. I highly recommend working with them!

I would not recommend this practice. They were extremely disorganized, lacked basic follow up and despite the judgement being made in my favor I am still having to go back to court to actually get it enforced. Ann happily charged me for over 9 months and a total of $25,000 and I am left with a piece of paper judgment in my favor but no actual enforcement. My ex has not paid a dime in child care expenses and I had droves of documentation to find him in contempt. Ann will not fight for you. She is preoccupied, lazy and incompetent.
