Randall went above and beyond in handling my case for me!! While I hope I never need his services again, if I ever do I would not hesitate to reach out. He was friendly, informative and proactive in his communications with me (and the opposing party) the entire time and stayed on top of things to a greater degree than I was expecting.

Unfortunately foe me, I have had two bad experiences with debt collectors hounding me although I had no outstanding debt. I contacted Randall as I had heard from others that he was competent, fair, and was an honest person. I was not disappointed. In both cases Randall served as my advocate. I appreciate his honesty, his work ethic, and his attention to my concerns.

They had poor customer service. Their website offers the ability to ask for consultations, but the response to the consultation request was dismissive and demeaning. I’m sure they are a knowledgeable practice, but customer service skills were lacking. If they would have taken a mini longer to explain their rational, it may have been a better review.

He helped me with student loans. Randal is prompt, knowledgeable, and his services are reasonably priced.
