Phoenix Financial Group continues to hound me. I've never been hounded by any company like they have hounded ne. Ive told them over and over to stop calling but they continue.

When I came to Phoenix Financial Group with my problem, I felt overwhelmed and out of my depths. My advocate, Greg was very helpful in explaining the reality of my situation, and strategizing a way forward. He was patient and intentional the whole way through. He was easy to reach, and his answers to my questions were thorough and easy to understand in the context of my problem. I would definitely recommend them to anyone struggling with tax issues. I have never in all my life seen such an inept office conducting tax business with the exception for the other Denver base company called ATBS… Would not recommend these people… nothing has changed since the last review is a matter of fact they have completely shown their ineptitude. I’m done dealing with these people. Do not hire these people under any circumstances because all they’ll do is take your money and absolutely do Jack squat for you.

Mitch at Phoenix financial and his team have been amazing in resolving my IRS situation. They have gone above and beyond to get things settled in a timely manner. The man that does their sales calls must be a DEI hire. He was rude and not very professional at all. I asked a simple question about what the call was in regards to and he blew up and got very angry. You need better on the job training for these folks. Now, everytime this company calls our office, we all laugh and say "not it!" No chance we will ever do business with this company for ANYTHING.
