Injured be ware! David appears to be a great team player until he has to do some work. He becomes condescending, arrogant and has no compassion. He forgets he is a lawyer for the injured. Does not understand what an injured person goes through. I also found him to be a liar! He never wants to admit he or his firm was wrong. Instead he becomes arrogant and acts as he is doing you a favor. His NEW head of workers comp Keith ( replaced Mark Garber, as you see many issues by reading the thread) is another one who cant return calls. Claims he cant access Marks voice mail. LOL Call the reception and get transferred to the wrong person and a voice mail that no one can access. The most unprofessional firm I ever dealt with. Ask for your files and you get a copies and copies of unorganized nonsense you cant imagine. The sad thing is any replacement atty will look at that move as a reflection of Spevack Law. Stay away for David Spevack. Maybe his dad was different but today you get him!
