I was in a minor accident in March involving another car who side-swiped me. All matters have been solved regarding this until I received a letter informing me that I needed to pay $1800 due to damage caused to property of the FDOT or my license would be revoked. I called and asked what this was regarding because again, the accident and damages have already been paid for by the other parties insurance. "Cassandra" then told me that our insurances have not decided who is paying and I told her that was not true. Considering she could not tell me exactly what happened and that the letter does not make sense, I am assuming this is a scam and once I told her if I am contacted again regarding this I will contact the BBB, she said "ok" and hung up on me :).

I have been dealing with this firm for more than 20 years. They are very cooperative in resolving claims that they file against estates. They are a creditor firm, collecting on behalf of companies that want to be paid for the services they provided. Their job is to call until the job is done. That is not harassment.

These people are predators. Stay away from them and do not answer any of their mailers. These attorneys have this business because they are a failure as layers. They probably didn’t even pass the bar so they had to come up with a scammy way to pay their loans. D-heads!

Send letters with incorrect information, make it really hard to contact them to tell them to stop sending incorrect information. (Website doesn’t work, receptionist won’t take a message)

Horrible lawyer told me I shouldn’t have leave or gave up my child not even try to wonder why I had to leave . Ladies don’t ever stay in abuse leave as fast as you can . Happy I will find service else where

Hindsight is 20/20. And hindsight makes it clear that the legal advice we received from this firm was extremely bad. Steer clear!
