I strongly advise against hiring this lawyer. I had a 30-minute consultation, but he was already trying to end the call only 10 minutes in. He was incredibly rude and very passive-aggressive throughout the call. Any time I tried to explain my situation and ask about specifics, he twisted it into a personal attack and got offended. To make matters worse, his advice was useless. The answers he gave me added no value beyond what I had found on ChatGPT minutes before. When I asked for specific details, he didn't know how to help. The consultation ended at 15 minutes (it was supposed to last 30 minutes) only because you spent the entire call rushing me, asking "Is that it?" after every sentence, and giving short, dismissive answers. When discussing a visa or a delicate immigration situation, a client expects empathy, not an attorney who is trying to get off the phone as fast as possible. Your role is to listen and understand the context, not just race to the quickest answer. You definitely lack the patience and people skills required to deal with clients. Regarding your advice: You only repeated things I already knew. The specific details of my case-which is exactly why I contacted a professional instead of searching on the internet-were not solved at all. Your answers were essentially "I don't know" or giving recommendations based on gut feelings, not on actual facts, also completely ignoring the specific constraints, such as finances, that I tried to explain to you. When I asked for clarity, you simply snapped, "I am giving you the options," in a very rude and defensive tone. Without wanting to clarify or take into account my personal situation. This is what happens when you don't care about knowing the full context of your client. You just spit out generic information without considering the actual situation. For the record, I had a consultation with another attorney today who was incredibly helpful and solved my doubts. This proves my dissatisfaction is not about "hearing answers I didn't expect," but entirely about your lack of professional service and human skills.

He even insisted that I call back any time if I need further assistance or have any further questions. Mr. Singh was very honest, and unlike many attorneys that I have previously encountered, he seemed compassionate about his work and put helping the client first. He did not seem like all he cared about was money, as he never discussed monetary compensation with me, nor did he try to make me retain him. People think that Atty. Singh is rude, he is just direct and doesn’t take bs. So if he ask you a question you better give an honest answer so he can better understand and help you. He offers free consultations so he isn’t all about money, he has the heart to help people. So if you’re looking for an attorney that is reliable and knowledgeable I highly suggest him.
