I was young and dumb and made some financial errors, I contacted Forghany Law in order to start fresh, I was expecting a lengthy process. I called and spoke with Shy and she was just AMAZING!! She followed up when she said she would and she made the whole process quick and easy. She was also kind and so very understanding of my situations and the mistakes that I had made. She also worked with me when I stated I could not do certain payments or for a certain amount at the time. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Looking for a way out of the financial hole that I had dug myself into, I submitted an inquiry which resulted in an email and call back from Ken Dion at Forghany Law. To be honest, I was a bit put off by the number of spelling errors in the email (my guess is that was an issue with talk to type as that can be notoriously bad) and originally wasn't going to pursue things but decided to talk to Ken after all and I'm very glad that I did. He took a lot of time to explain to me what my options were and answered all of the questions I had, putting my mind at ease in the process. He didn't "hard-sell" his law firm nor promise me the sun, moon and the stars but was very forthcoming. Granted, we're just starting this process out but for the first time in a long time, I have a good feeling about how things are going to go. If it doesn't go like I think it will, I'll definitely be updating my review!

Not wanting to but we had to file bankruptcy, it became too much with debt to income ratio after having to leave my job due to disability! Going from a two income home to one income was very stressful! We tried debt consolidation, with that payment we couldn't afford to buy groceries! I won't get into the specifics. I was talked into paying this firm for a mortgage modification. The cost was just about half of what I was behind. I was told in the beginning the process rarely takes more than 3 months to do and the success rate is high. I was told not to contact the mortgage company, that they would be the point of contact. It's been about 6 months and I am no going into foreclosure. My mortgage company said they missed deadlines for items. The needed items were given to my Lawyer back in April. This firm wanted me to pay an additional $1000. I requested a refund for half of the money back since I have to do the modification from scratch. They want me to sign a release form for a refund of $1200 only. That is about a quarter of what I paid them for. The talked me into going with them because they lead me to believe they worked with people I knew which was untrue. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE. I will be setting up a Facebook Page that will have all the emails and information that was transpired so you can do your research on this review and come to your own conclusions.

These guys are honest, reliable and are easily accessible. Their attorneys are highly professional and are masters of their field. Proved out to be a very good support in dealing with Home Foreclosure. They are really dependable and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services to all.

I hired Joe Wong to help out with a pretty scary issue where my family was being sued because of something that wasn’t our fault. I was worried we would lose everything but Joe got us sorted out after just a couple of meetings. I wish she had been cheaper and that this all never happened. But Claire made us feel a lot better while she worked. I’d hire her again.
