Worse attorney ive ever had his receptionist dont care and dont like to ANSWER CALLS even if you get lucky and get an answer you wont get an actual response GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worse attorney I've ever had. Didn't help me! He only tried to get my knee surgeries paid but to hell with my right shoulder. Settled for far less than he should and never once saw him in person. Besides my insurance paid everything after I paid my deductible. Wouldn't recommend!!!!!

Tell you what you want to hear and then unable to deliver on what they tell you.go somewhere else or you will regret it.

THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO STARS AT ALL BUT THAT WASNT AN OPTION. I was referred by a very dear friend. I called the first time and left a message with a secretary for Mr Flynn about a very important case and he never got back with me. I called for the next week and I never got and answer brut sent Gm and then an "I can’t talk right now" message every time! After 2 weeks I got tired of the "I can’t talk right now" messages and went elsewhere. IF YOUR CASE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU THEN GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE TIME AND MONEY!!! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 I CANT EVEN IMAGINE HOW HE WOULD’VE HANDLED MY CASE 🙄🙄

They take cases but lack communication and fail to follow thru with what they say or offer... the seem overall clueless 😐 but that is my family's experience.. 07/24/18 Response to the law firm I am no client my fiance is and the law suit required PT that prevented him from keeping a job his case was settled last month he has yet to receive any of his compensation or even an advance 🙁 so what you can do is communicate and hold up your end on time.

There policy is to Not return phone calls. I was told I didn't need to attend a hearing by one of the staff then they call me and tell me, the day of, that I need to attend. They didn't even know my first name kept calling me Dusty. Unprofessional and I regret hiring them.

The attorney representing me Robert Flynn made a deal with the company that I was suing to lower my settlement don't use them. He told me that the judge would rule against me 3 days of wearing me down with lies and I have a permanent disability he should have been my enemy.
