Oklahoma Unemployment Experts

Can anyone who's been here explain what this place actually does? If you call, they do nothing but tell you to call the OK unemployment phone line, or Tulsa office (not here). They don't have an attorney working here, so the Google listing is wrong. What does this place do, exactly? No one over the phone offered any info.

I decided to go with Earl Lawson and Krystie Harris to help with my unemployment claim. Their office was 3 1/2 hours away from where I live but I was confident in them. Throughout the whole process they helped me understand what was going to happen and what needed to be done. I was definitely more at ease after they explained it all to me. Honestly I was skeptical of wining my case from the beginning because I was going against an Indian Tribe and it is very hard to get unemployment if you are fired from one.
