I've tried contacting Matt for the last 3 weeks with no return phone call I need to have him free open my bankruptcy to remove lien on my property but so far I haven't been able to talk with anyone at his office very disappointing as I have used him in the past for my bankruptcy. At least a professional response saying that it's too busy would have been better than simply no response after trying for 2 1/2 or 3 weeks to touch base even stopping by his office to try to get ahold of him unfortunate as it seems everyone else has had great success with him I don't know why he's avoiding my calls. Went with Trulaw due to their reviews. Matt was amazing at the beginning, he was "Johnny on the spot" with requests and answering questions. However, once he received payment he disappeared, no contact, have tried to reach out several times and communication is ignored, it has been almost a month and I’m not even sure if my paperwork has even been filed. He is extremely helpful until he receives payment, then the nightmare begins, no response, no answer to questions, no communication regarding your case, if you need legal assistance regarding bankruptcy, I would look elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
