I found Ledbetter Law Firm on Google and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Mr. Ledbetter and Rosie are very knowledgeable, kind, understanding, thoughtful, helpful, patient, and trustworthy. Mr. Ledbetter spent hours explaining every detail about my bankruptcy process and answered all my questions very thoroughly. He also helped me make the best decision concerning keeping my costly vehicle or getting a cheaper vehicle. Mr. Ledbetter was very helpful and patient during my most difficult time. Every time I call, email, or text Rosie, she responds back in a very timely manner. Rosie never makes me feel like I’m annoying and always very polite and patient with me. Mr. Ledbetter and Rosie also helped me find the proper resource to help get my furnace fixed. My family was without heat while I was really having serious financial issues and was told that I needed over $4000 to replace my old furnace. My experience with Ledbetter law firm has been wonderful, recently they were able to negotiate with my lender for a loan modification reducing my home loan payment 63% from $1975 a month to $725 a month. Now don't be fooled they didn't just say OK here you go.... Frank and Rosie had to work to get that done and it was never a guarantee that the lender would do it. But of all the people and professionals I spoke to they were the most knowledgeable and applied the most efforts to make this happen. Thank You to both of them for their accomplishment which will always be remembered and appreciated.

Frank Ledbetter and Rosie were fantastic. He got most of my student loan debt discharged. He is very accommodating to your schedule. He is very thorough and explains everything. If you need a great lawyer with experience in student loan debt, he's the one to call.
