Weisman Adam

I hired Adam to help with an easement dispute with Fairfield Homes who claimed they had the right of way over our property. Adam reviewed the pertinent documents and found that Fairfield did not have legal access over our land. We ended up having to sue both Pima County and Fairfield Homes. It was a truly amazing experience to witness Adam’s brilliance in building our case and arguing on our behalf in three court hearings. In the end, we settled, but have no doubt we would have destroyed Fairfield’s case with Adam as our litigator. Adam is a brilliant attorney and we would hire him again without hesitation.

My daughter died suddenly in July of this year. As I live in another state, I contacted Mr. Weisman regarding probate, marital, and cohabitation laws. I found him to be abrupt, overpowering, and somewhat arrogant… however he was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. In ending our conversation, he encouraged me to contact him if I had any other questions. A week later, I had additional questions. I contacted him on his mobile phone. He returned my call promptly, and demanded to know what I "wanted now". Before I could reply to his question he interrupted me stating, "my retainer is $5,000, my rate is $350 an hour, contact my office to sign a contract…I want to get paid". WOW. I am a real estate investor and make more money in one year than Mr. "I Want to Get Paid" Weisman will probably see in his lifetime. Money is not the most important thing for me….respect, character, and professionalism are…qualities Adam lacks. This guy is a real piece of work….stay away.

Contacted Adam about Tenant Eviction. He was quick to reply, did not want to hear anything i had to say. Wanted me to pay right away and does not even accept credit cards. Check or money order only. This was very skeptical and inconvenient for me so i started asking more question to make sure we are on the same page. As soon as i started asking question he quickly cancelled our deal and said that he will not work with me. He needs to learn some customer service skills and explain people the process without getting frustrated. DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME.

Adam was great at giving clarification to my issue as well as he was a straight shooter to what I should do vs other lawyers that gave me to many options! His team was efficient and welcoming! Overall recommend him 1000%
