The closing process itself was handled efficiently and professionally. Kishore and his team appeared organized, experienced, and capable, and the transaction moved forward smoothly during that stage. However, the post-closing experience was extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward reimbursement for charges owed by the seller turned into a months-long process (October 2025 – January 2026) with little to no clear communication. Repeated follow-ups were often met with vague responses or no meaningful updates. As clients, we should not have to chase our own legal team for basic information regarding pending matters. Professional support should not end once payment is received, post-closing responsibilities are just as important as the transaction itself. Overall, they are skilled professionals, and although we experienced a few hiccups, I would still recommend their services.

Kishore was great to work with. Closed on time and he was a great part of our team. Knowledgeable about the law, detail oriented, and helped us through a sticky situation with an open permit on our property.
