Joe Gerstenzang was the only attorney I spoke with that after listening to our situation, and needs, clearly presented a well thought out strategy that no one else thought of. Joe Gerstanzang delivered on every strategic position he discussed, and got my daughter across the finish line with the best results ever, and exactly the way he described from Day 1. Good dude. I’ve never met somebody with so much integrity. However, that does make it complicated for him as a lawyer. I do believe he has legal talent. He just needs to fight for his clients more. Great consultation. Jonathan was very knowledgeable in what I needed help with and made me feel at ease. I spoke with several firms in that area and this firm was one of the 4 that I found to top my list. Before retaining the firm, called in and asked if I could break my payments into 2 payments (before the hearing) and was told NO, they absolutely don't do that which I can understand everyone has their policies but I need to know I am not just a dollar $ign and the firm I choose sees me as a person. I went with a different option.

Unfortunately I put myself in a situation where I needed to avail myself of a top caliber DUI attorney/firm. Fortunately, as a former civil litigator in New York, I knew to retain Gerstenzang, Sills, Davis, Cohn & Gerstenzang. Thanks to their skill and reputation, the result arrived at in my case could not have been any better. This was achieved prior to having to go to trial. I was apprised, informed and counseled throughout the entire process by the attorney handling my case, Joe Gerstenzang. Generally I do not recommend or refer very readily, especially for matters that are so vital, as I feel a certain sense of responsibility which is beyond my control. That being said, if you find yourself arrested for DUI, your first and only call for legal representation should be to Gerstenzang,Sills,Davis,Cohn & Gerstenzang.
