The UPS Store

Someone get this girl some help. I've never seen a line this long in a UPS store. Only 1 employee working outfront on a Saturday. She was handling the customer load all alone, kept a wonderful attitude even though she knew she was doing the workload of mutliple associates. She needs a raise!

I was just in today to drop off some packages like I always have before with a pre printed label. Ready to go. i had been told by two attendants in the past that if they are busy.I'm able to drop it off in a dropbox inside the facility. today I was rudely addressed by a representative at the front desk saying that I must have it scanned in or else.They will not ship it. this is not what I had been told previously.And the line moves so slow that it's not worth our time. i recommend the u s postal service or fedex.

Fast, Accurate service. Pleasant and knowledgeable Cashiers. So far have not lost any of my packages.

I am a regular customer at the Main St location who relies on the site for securely receiving and sending packages. I often stop in several times per week. My experiences with the staff have always exceeded my expectations -- very friendly and helpful, with my items usually ready for me before I reach the front desk.

I had received the digital file of a card game for a gift, so I cut the cards out and took them to the store to be laminated. I was told it'd be no problem for them to do and it'd be $2 per square foot, which didn't seem too expensive to me so I said okay. What I got back was sloppy and unprofessional. They gave me a MASSIVE roll of laminated cards, not cut out, and so unevenly spaced that I ended up paying $195 for empty laminated space. When asked about the cost and why it was so sloppy, my husband was told it was because they didn't know how to turn the machine off and tried to feed them into the machine as best as they could. They would not refund any money or help in cutting the cards unless we paid more, despite the fact that we paid $195 for empty space. We could have purchased our own laminator and done it ourselves if we had known this was the product we'd be receiving back, but we wanted to support a local business we had always had a good experience at. We will not be back.

The staff here is the best part. I can drop off packages anywhere but they are super friendly, accommodating, and as quick as they can be considering how busy they always are.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this UPS Store. The customer service was shockingly bad from the moment I walked in. The employees were not only unhelpful but downright rude. They acted like it was a bother to assist with basic questions, and it felt like I was interrupting their day just by being there. To make matters worse, the owner of the store is even worse. It’s clear they have zero respect for their customers. I tried to bring up an issue with a package that was mishandled, and the owner completely dismissed me. No apology, no effort to fix the situation just a smug attitude and a complete lack of professionalism. I will never set foot in this location again, and I highly recommend avoiding it if you value your time and sanity. There are plenty of other UPS stores that actually care about customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one!
