Stay far away from this law office. They are completely unethical and operate like scammers. In my experience, they were dishonest, unprofessional, and only cared about their own profits—not their clients. If you’re considering hiring them for an auto injury or related case, don’t do it. They misled me, delayed my case, and failed to communicate properly. I felt cheated and taken advantage of. This office should not be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

My experience with Bill Shirer was excellent. He was prompt in getting me to the right medical resources, getting funds to repair damages to bike and other equipment, and always kept me in the loop regarding my options pursuing a settlement with the driver's insurance company. I can sum up my relationship with Steve McGilberry and his right hand Sarah in one word, family, because that’s how they make you feel. I was hit head on at 70 mph. I broke my neck and spine in 9 places, had severe head trauma and teeth ripped out of my mouth. I was black and blue with a lot of other injuries. I should not be alive and there were days I didn’t know if I wanted to because the pain was so bad. Steve and Sarah were amazing.
