This law office is the best I have ever worked with without any of the hassle that can usually bog you down or deter you from pursuing a legal proceeding. At first, I was unsure if a dog bite case would be something that they would be familiar with handling as it happened while I was at work and involved Workers Comp, but they took it on without a second thought. I worked closely with one of the leading partners Bernie Layne who treated the case as personally as I did, as if he himself were the grieving party. All of their work is greatly appreciated! Couldn't have asked for a better legal team!

Called almost a month ago, told my entire case to a paralegal. She stated she’d get back to me on Monday, never heard a thing, called back a week later spoke to a second paralegal, she said they’d get back to me that day, never heard a thing, called back a third time, spoke to the first paralegal again, she said that they would call me back no later then the next day, and can you guess what happened… horrible way to start a relationship with a potential client, still haven’t even had the courtesy to call back and provide an update. I’d look elsewhere for representation .

Made A call to this law firm may 2nd 2025 in order to see if they took malpractice cases. Call made at 6:30 AM a lady answered immediately said I was breaking up on the phone before I could get a word out she hung up on me. I then called back, the next young lady. I asked ma’am can you hear me and stated to her why did she hang up? I did not hang up on you what can I help you with, in a rude tone so I then decided this was definitely not the firm for myself if the receptionist act in this behavior, how will attorneys treat myself.

These guys are amazing and truly care about not only you as a client but they care about the community. They support tons of events the community holds and you know you are good hands with them!

If you are ever worried about getting a lawyer they are the ones you can count on. This was my first experience and I was nervous about choosing the right one but Damon & his team are awesome. They take care of you like family. Truly appreciate them.
