Potential Clients Should Look Elsewhere I recently called Altman & Altman LLP seeking legal assistance for a forgery case. However, before I could fully explain my situation, the person on the phone abruptly dismissed my case and hung up on me. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy. As a potential client, I expected to be heard and treated with respect. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of your firm’s client service.
