Working with Craig was great. I really felt like he fought for me and showing me point blank of all my options. Frances was very helpful too. I am so glad I went to him. When I was injured at my work I felt like the company was starting to take advantage of me and I was too d.u.m.b to know all my rights. Big companies know this and will eat you alive. We are late in posting this review, but it's worthy of a read. From the start, Craig was great to work with. His communication was clear and timely, and he was honest and direct about the possible challenges and outcomes. He helped my husband with an on-the-job injury that went sideways in a self-insured situation. We really valued his knowledge and expertise in this unique area of law. He was patient and did a great job explaining complex legal terms and processes. He asked for information and facts, but listened to my husband's frustrations as well. Regardless of the outcome, this was a great experience. We would recommend him to anyone struggling with a complex on-the-job injury that doesn't resolve after working with the Injured Workers Ombudsman's Office. Workers comp cases are tough, but Craig will help you understand potential options and outcomes.
