I’m grateful to have Mr. Bower as my esquire maintaining the importance of my treatment plan and overall results. Construction accident.

Mr. Brower did a great job fighting for compensation with an employer who bullied, harassed a disabled Veteran. Mr. Brower solidly went head-to-head with the corporate lawyers and we came out on the top. Highly recommend Mr. Brower and appreciate him very much.

Mr. Brower was very efficient. He did his job and worked with us when we were having so many problems because of our case. We were almost homeless a few times because of the actions of the other party and Mr. Brower would handle it . The only complaint I would have is the communication or lack of communication. It took forever to get in touch with Brower. Phone call, text and email, but I had to take into consideration that 1. We aren’t his only clients 2. Lawyers are very busy people and 3. Although it took awhile he ALWAYS got back to us. Mr. Brower is a no nonsense straight forward person. He will give it to you straight and won’t beat around the bush about what’s going to happen how long it will take and the probable outcome. Although it made me angry sometimes I would prefer honesty rather that lies and disappointment. Thank you Mr. Brower for putting up with all the craziness.

This attorney sucks big time. He kept avoiding my calls and messages and kept me in the dark with my case. Finally was able to confront him and fired him from my case because he was making deals behind my back. Kept calling to get updates on my case and his secretary always made excuses like either he's busy or will call back. 3 months went by of constant calling and leaving messages and not a single call back. Stay away from this guy all he wants is your $$$ without having to deal with you. Last straw with him when I fired him, I paid him a visit and walked into his office. Secretary asks me if she can help me and I asked to see Mr. Brower and her response was that he was not in the office. Little did she know that I seen him walking in the back, that was more than enough for all those months of avoiding me and not returning a single phone call to me. I did some research about my case at the department of labor and low an behold huge stacks of paperwork that I was never made aware of that he had filed behind my back with the insurance company without my knowledge. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL!!!

Charles Brower took my case in 2015 when i was in an accident on December 6th . Most of the preliminary work and research i did and passed it on to Mr.Brower and for the next few years i was clearly given the rin around. Mr Brower lied about court dates and meetings with the attorney of the defendant only to later tell me that the company never existed. Mr Brower never to rarely had someone answer or return calls and he eventually called only when i. Called with an angry message . to this day mr Brower has chosen not to respond and i firmly believe that mr. Brower settled my case and kept the money. I would not recommend hiting him. I also explained to Mr Brower that i have a few attorneys accessible to me and i am going to see this through. I belive Mr Brower believes that I am done...im not. I hope that anyone that has experienced anything similar to respond here and inwill contact you...Mahalo

My wife contacted Charles Brower all most 3 years ago now, based on the recommendation of another attorney in Honolulu. He did nothing for my wife. We had to retire from our jobs and leave Hawaii because my wife couldn't work any more. He never meet with us, he never contacted us. I hope that he has helped someone??
